Your Privacy

We understand and share your concern about the privacy and security of the information you provide. We do not provide information about ExSel customers to outside organizations that are not affiliated with ExSel, nor do we provide outside organizations with mailing lists of ExSel users.

Some of the information ExSel collects is of a personal or sensitive nature. You may choose not to provide certain demographic information. Personal identifiers such as Social Security number are optional in the United States. Other information, such as name and email address, may be required in order to use ExSel.

We partner with a third party to provide services to ExSel customers. We share some ExSel information that the third party needs to provide these services. The third party may only use this information to provide these services to ExSel users. The third party has pledged to maintain the confidentiality of ExSel information.

Your Security

ExSel information is stored on a secure server. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt and protect your information.

Information in ExSel is password protected. As an ExSel user, you have an obligation to protect ExSel information from unauthorized access. Do not share ExSel Usernames and Passwords with anyone who should not have access to ExSel or to your computer. Be sure to exit ExSel when you are finished using it.

Internet Email

ExSel candidate reports are sent in pdf format via Internet email. Information sent by email over the Internet is not secure.
